Getting Help

This is where you can reach out if something isn’t working right, you’re having trouble accessing a course or lesson, or you simply have a question about using the Academy platform.

To get help, email admin@remnantbibleacademy.com and tell us what’s going on — the more detail you can give us (what page you were on, what you were trying to do, and what happened instead), the faster we can help. If it’s helpful, feel free to attach a screenshot, as this greatly helps our staff understand the issue.

Response Time

Our team typically responds within 24–48 hours. We’re a small ministry team, so we ask for your patience — but every message is read, and we’re committed to getting you back on track as quickly as we can.

If your issue is urgent — for example, you’re locked out of a course you need to complete by a specific date — please say so clearly in your email so we can prioritise accordingly.
